iPhone Health App - The Next Revolution Has Arrived
Recently I was exposed to the brilliance of the Health app on iPhone. Some pretty big hospitals and doctors offices are getting on board with integrating medical history directly to your iPhone. The requirements for this to work on your iPhone is to be running at least iOS 11.3 or higher. From there I opened the health app, navigated to medical records, found my hospital or doctor organization in the list, and logged in with my online info for that specific health care web portal.
There I was presented with a huge amount of information easily accessible from my native Apple Health app. This ranged from Lab Results, to Vitals, to Immunizations, and more. The fact that I didn't have to log in to a clunky website to view information on my medical record was astounding. Be sure to check out the Health app on iPhone to see if your medical organization is supporting it. If so, it could make the entire experience a lot more approachable and information a heck of a lot easier to digest.
